If you choose financial management our standard service includes the following:

  • Drafting the Annual Budget and the Annual Accounts;
  • Producing the annual financial documents;
  • Producing the cash-flow estimate;
  • Calculating the contributions of the apartment rights;
  • Production of overviews of advance payment and final contribution;
  • Debtor management and collection of service costs and other charges;
  • Assisting the Audit Committee in the audit of the annual documents;
  • Collecting the AO contributions. Speaking to each other as occupant about (late) payments is naturally not pleasant.
