Drafting a Multi-Year Maintenance Plan

As AO you are legally obliged each year to place 0.5% of the value of your building in a reserve fund, or to draw up a Multi-Year Maintenance Plan.

With a MYMP you form an idea of the future maintenance of the AO and the costs entailed. You can then save in a targeted manner, for instance for painting or repairs to the roof.
