If you choose administrative management our standard service includes the following:

  • The organization of the Annual General Meeting of members;
  • Writing up the Minutes of the meetings;
  • Attending the Board meetings;
  • Ensuring respect of orders, regulations and legal instruments;
  • The archiving of all documents of the AO, with observation of the legally prescribed keeping time;
  • Member administration;
  • Forwarding relevant information to the Notary on transfer of property;
  • Collection of late payments from the members. Speaking to neighbours about payments is often not pleasant and places relations between neighbours under pressure;
  • Chairing the meeting;
  • Producing reports;
